Personal Philosophy:

Our emotional health is multi-factorial. We are a product of our genetics, our environment and our experiences. As your doctor, I cannot address one of these factors without looking at the big picture.

My goal is to work together with you to improve all aspects of your health and functioning. In order to do this, we must work as a team! We have to take into account physiological/ biological factors, psychological issues and social stressors. This is both difficult and rewarding work. Just know that I will be here for you on the journey.
